At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the request and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn footwear or accessories in their original box and include a copy of your packing slip or return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
